Orders
Orders are placed by message (currently WhatsApp). An order is accepted only when we confirm the products, sizes, total price including shipping, and payment details with you, and your payment is received.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable — and will refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price confirmed with you when we accept your order is the price you pay. Shipping is charged separately (see our Shipping Policy). Applicable sales tax, if any, is added to your order total.
Products
Coffee is a natural agricultural product: color, size and flavor vary between harvests and lots, and product photos are illustrative. Store coffee in a cool, dry place and use it by the date on the bag. Tell us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

The Taj Mocha name, logo, packaging, photography and text on this site belong to Taj Mocha or are used under license, and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
