Khawlani Origin
The Taj Mocha journey begins in Yemen, where Khawlani coffee and Yemen's coffee culture shape the story before the cup.

Cultivation
Coffee plants grow and develop over time, creating the foundation for the fruit that follows.

Ripening
The coffee cherries mature from green to deep red before the harvest stage begins.

Harvest
Ripe cherries are selected by hand as the coffee moves from the tree into the next stage of the process.

Selection
After harvest, the coffee is sorted and prepared to continue through the Taj Mocha process.

Drying
Drying prepares the coffee for the stages that follow, moving it from harvest toward roasting.

Roasting
Heat transforms prepared coffee into roasted coffee, bringing the process closer to the finished cup.
08 · PACKAGING
The new Taj Mocha packaging brings the collection together in a cleaner, more consistent presentation before transport begins.

09 · SEA JOURNEY
Once packed, the coffee leaves Yemen and continues by sea toward New York — the longest leg of the Taj Mocha route.
10 · FINAL ROUTE
The final leg carries Taj Mocha from New York to Michigan, completing the route from origin to the serving experience.
